- Physical Traits:It is a slender-bodied insect with a brown or grey abdomen and patternedhyaline(transparent)wings.
- Ecological Niche:Native to thebamboo ecosystemof Northeast India, it isfrugivorous(fruit-eating) andmonophagous(feeding on a single type of food).
