South Korea’s NAVER Partners with TCS for AI and Digital Business Opportunities in India

South Korean internet and technology company NAVER Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the IT arm of Tata Group, to explore AI and digital business opportunities in India. The agreement was signed during the Korea–India Business Forum in New Delhi.

Main Focus Areas:

Both companies will combine their strengths in:

Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud services, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) services, AI Transformation (AX), Digital Transformation (DX)

The main goal is to create new business opportunities in India’s fast-growing digital economy.

Why This is Important?

India is rapidly expanding its AI ecosystem and aims to become an AI powerhouse. Naver sees India as a major growth market and wants to use TCS’s strong service network and data ecosystem to build new revenue opportunities.

Bigger Objective:

This partnership will help Naver expand its localized AI and cloud business in India, while TCS will strengthen India–South Korea technology cooperation. It is also expected to support digital innovation, enterprise solutions, and long-term business growth in both countries.
