GST Collection in September 2023 : Rs. 1.63 Lakh Crore
Fourth time gross GST has crossed the ₹1.60 lakh crore mark in 2023-24
Revenues from domestic transactions, including services imports, were 14% higher than the tax collected from these sources during September 2022
Last month’s GST revenues, based on transactions carried out in August
Central GST (CGST) - ₹29,818 crore,
State GST (SGST) ₹37,657 crore
Integrated GST (IGST) - ₹83,623 crore
It includes ₹41,145 crore collected on goods imports.
GST compensation cess : ₹11,613 crore
Distribution of IGST to:
CGST ₹33,736 crore
SGST ₹27,578 crore
