Built on the Darbuk–Shyok–Daulat Beg Oldie (DS-DBO) Road, eastern Ladakh.
Near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China.
Part of 125 BRO infrastructure projects inaugurated by India’s Defence Minister.
DS-DBO Road = only surface link to Daulat Beg Oldie (DBO), India’s northernmost military outpost.
