India Successfully Conducts Advanced Agni Missile Test with MIRV Technology

India successfully carried out the flight trial of an advanced Agni missile equipped with Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicle (MIRV) capability from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Island off the coast of Odisha. The test marked a major milestone in strengthening India’s strategic defence and missile capabilities.

The missile was developed by laboratories under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) with support from Indian defence industries. Senior scientists from DRDO and personnel of the Indian Army monitored the trial.
