The NZP Saathi App acts as a smart digital zoo guide for visitors.
The app features an interactive digital map and smart navigation system.
Visitors can locate animal enclosures, washrooms, buggy points, exits, and other facilities through the app.
The app offers thematic tours such as Express Tour, Family Tour, Grand Zoo Tour, and My Tour.
Self-ticketing kiosks support online ticket booking through UPI-based digital payments.
Free Wi-Fi connectivity has been provided for on-the-spot ticket booking.
The initiative is part of the digital transformation and modernization of the National Zoological Park.
