Railways’ CHIRAG Centre for HR Excellence Inaugurated at Moula-Ali

The Indian Railways inaugurated the Centre for HR Information Systems, Research and Analytics in Governance (CHIRAG) at the Zonal Railway Training Institute (ZRTI), Moula-Ali in Hyderabad, Telangana. The centre has been established to strengthen Human Resource (HR) excellence, governance, research, and data-driven decision-making within Indian Railways.

The CHIRAG Centre will function as a specialised institution for:

HR analytics

Research and governance studies

Capacity building of railway employees

Data-driven personnel management

Modern HR training and digital governance practices.
